Shipping and Returns.

This policy explains how we handle shipping, delivery, returns, and refunds for purchases made through [brewnest.co].

Shipping within Australia only

We currently deliver to addresses within Australia.

Shipping Processing times

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2 business days of payment being received. Processing times may be longer during busy periods, sales, or public holidays.

Delivery times

Delivery times depend on your location and the carrier’s schedule. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

Shipping costs

  • Free standard shipping is available for orders of $149 or more (after discounts and before shipping).

  • Orders under $149 will be charged a shipping fee calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.

  • From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions.

Tracking of shipments

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if tracking is available for your shipping method).

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Our returns and refunds process complies with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Change of mind returns

  • You may return unused, unopened items in their original packaging within [X days] of receiving them.

  • For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once we have received and inspected the returned item(s).

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items

  • If your product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at hello@brewnest.co within [X days] of receipt with details and photos of the issue.

  • For returns required under the ACL, BrewNest will cover the cost of return shipping or arrange collection.

  • We will repair, replace, or refund your item in accordance with your rights under the ACL.

Items not eligible for return

  • Used products (unless faulty)

  • Items not in their original condition or packaging (unless faulty)

  • Perishable or consumable items

Refunds

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to [X business days] for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

How to request a return

  1. Email hello@brewnest.co with your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos.

  2. We will confirm if your return is eligible and provide return instructions.

  3. Pack your item securely and return it using the provided details.

Consumer guarantees

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
